At BudBud ("the App"), a personal finance management tool, we take the privacy of our users seriously. This privacy policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected while using our app.

• Financial Data: The financial information you enter (transactions, balances, preferences, etc.) is stored only on your device and/or the cloud backup location you choose. This data is not sent to our own servers.

3. Data Storage

Your financial data is stored only in your device's local storage and/or the cloud backup location you choose. Your financial data is not transferred to any third party for their own purposes. The cloud backup feature is at the user's discretion, and all data is stored encrypted. When you delete the app and your backup, all your data is also deleted.

Our app uses the following third-party services:

• App Store / Google Play: Purchases and payments are processed through the official app stores.

5. Advertising and Tracking

Our app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Your permission is requested before tracking your activity for personalized advertising (in line with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework on iOS). If you do not give permission, you will still see advertisements, but they will be non-personalized. You can change your advertising preferences at any time in your device settings.

Our app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

• The ad-removal purchase is a one-time transaction and is non-refundable.
• Payment is processed through the Google Play Store or App Store.
• The purchase provides lifetime access to ad-free use of the app.

10. Technical Requirements

• The app runs on current Android or iOS operating systems.
• An internet connection is required unless you are a premium user.
• Regular updates are recommended.
